Il sera suspendu quelques mois après sa nomination. Successivement en juillet puis en août 2009 par ce dernier.</p>\n<p>Raisons : Le Président Dadis n\'avait pas apprécié la nomination par Alpha Yaya Diallo de l\'inspecteur des douanes Kibongué au poste de responsable de la salle de visite en remplacement de Mme Saran Kaba qui était à ce poste depuis 15 ans au moment des faits.
